How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one providing you have activated your account.

Step-by-step guide

You can do this on any of the versions (android, iOS or web)
On the login screen click on "Forgot Password?"
This will open a screen similar to the one below:
Enter the email address you have been using to access the account.
Click "Reset"
You will receive an email with a new password to email address you entered
Enter the email address and new password from the email and click "Login"
You can change the password to something more memorable from within the app when you have logged in.
