Blank timetable in mobile apps

If your timetable is blank or the homework is not displaying the same on the mobile apps as the web version you can manually synchronise this information.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Make sure you are logged into the mobile app on your device using the account you want to sync
  2. Click on the menu button (burger menu)
  3. Click on support
  4. Click on diagnostics
  5. Click "Sync Now"
  6. When this has finished syncing  click done
  7. Tap back on the diary
  8. This should have refreshed the diary and homework.
  9. If this hasn't worked then please email support@penstripe.co.uk with a screenshot of the diagnostics screen.
